In short
Cash Empire stores your save on your device only. We run no server, there is no account, and we collect nothing about you. The only data involved comes from advertising — and in the EU you can decline personalised ads on first launch.

What the game itself processes
Your save. Progress (cash, businesses, bank, portfolio, properties, collection, share packs, settings) lives in your device's local storage. It never leaves the device, is not uploaded and is not backed up. Delete the app, or use "Delete save" in the settings, and it is gone.
No account, no sign-in. The game works fully without registration.
No analytics. We use no analytics tools and do not learn how you play.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is funded by ads, served by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
To deliver ads, Google processes data including: your device's advertising ID, device model and OS version, coarse location (country), IP address, and your interactions with the ads.
Your choice. On first launch a Google dialog (UMP) asks whether personalised advertising is allowed. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can change this in the game's settings at any time, and you can reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for personalised ads, and our legitimate interest in funding the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for non-personalised ads.

Ads are always optional
No content in this game sits behind an ad. A player who never watches one reaches everything — it just takes longer. Rewarded ads are always started by you. A full-screen ad can appear at most once per session, never during your first three days, and never right after a voluntary ad.
No purchases
Cash Empire has no in-app purchases. There is nothing to pay for, and therefore no payment data.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Since we store no personal data ourselves, there is nothing on our side to disclose or delete. For the advertising data processed by Google, contact Google or use your device settings. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If anything changes, we update this page and the date above.
