2. The short version

We collect nothing. There is no account, no login, no server of ours, and the game itself never sends anything anywhere. Your airline is stored on your phone and nowhere else.

Three things involve other companies, all of them Google: advertising (section 5), purchases (section 7) and Play Games (section 8), which is optional and off unless you sign in.

3. What the app stores on your device

Everything the game remembers lives in the app's own local storage on your phone:

None of this reaches us. We operate no server for it and never receive a copy. There is no cloud save: uninstalling the app deletes your airline permanently, and we cannot restore it.

Nothing in there identifies you. There is no name to enter anywhere in the game.

4. What the app does not do

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Almost every ad is voluntary: you choose to watch one to double your offline earnings, to speed up the world, to open a second construction site, to skip build time, to end a bad event, to refresh the advisor, or to spin the daily wheel again. There is one exception — a full-screen ad may appear after you have completed a purchase in the game, at most once every few minutes.

For this, Google processes data under its own responsibility, not ours. Typically this includes your device's advertising ID, technical details about the device and the app, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interacted with the ad. We never see this data and receive no personal information from Google.

Details and Google's own choices: Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses data in AdMob

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your Android settings under Settings → Google → Ads. The game keeps working; the ads simply become less relevant.

6. Consent in the EU, the EEA and the UK

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent dialog before the first ad, using Google's User Messaging Platform. There you decide whether Google and its ad partners may use your data for personalised advertising.

If you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalised ones. The game is fully playable either way — no feature depends on your answer, and every reward you can earn by watching an ad is available whichever way you decide.

You can change your mind at any time in your Android settings under Settings → Google → Ads.

7. Purchases

The game offers a few one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions. They are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment; we never see your name, address, card or account details, and we receive no personal data from the transaction.

The app stores only the fact that a purchase belongs to you, on your device. The "Restore purchases" button in the shop asks Google Play what you own — it sends nothing about you to us.

8. Leaderboards and achievements (Google Play Games)

The game can report your achievements and four scores — income per second, prestige stars, routes, airports served — to Google Play Games. That happens only if you are signed in to Play Games on your device. Signing in is Google's own dialog, not ours, and you can decline it.

If you do sign in, Google processes your Play Games profile (its name and avatar, which you choose in Google's settings), your scores and your unlocked achievements under its own responsibility. Other players can see your Play Games name and your scores in the leaderboards. We receive no personal data from it; we only send the numbers listed above.

Everything in the game works without it. The achievements are stored on your phone and shown there regardless; refusing the sign-in costs you no content, no progress and no feature — only the comparison with other players.

You can manage or delete your Play Games data at any time in the Play Games app under Settings, and Google's own information is here: Google Privacy Policy

9. The review request

After you have played for a while, the app may ask Google Play to show its rating card. The card belongs to Google Play and is shown by it, not by us.

We receive no data from it and cannot tell whether you rated the app or not. There is no reward for rating — offering one would violate Google Play's policies, and it would be impossible anyway, because the app never learns the outcome.

10. Children

Sky Empire is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The app is not registered in Google Play's Families programme, and ad requests are not marked as child-directed.

11. Legal basis

Storing your airline on your own device serves the operation of the game you asked for (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, and § 25 (2) TDDDG for storage on the device, as it is strictly necessary for the service you requested). The same applies to processing a purchase you started.

Play Games works only if you sign in, so it rests on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) — the sign-in dialog is where you give it.

Personalised advertising happens only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give or withhold in the dialog described in section 6. Non-personalised advertising and the technical delivery of ads rest on our legitimate interest in financing a free game (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

12. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing.

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to look up, export or delete — your airline is on your phone and disappears when you uninstall the app. For the data Google processes for advertising, purchases and Play Games, please use Google's own channels; Google is the controller there, not us.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In our case that is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.

13. Changes

If the app starts doing something that affects your data, this page is updated before that version is released, and the date at the top changes with it.
